Small barley rusks with taramosalata and shrimp
for this recipe, we suggest

For 5 Small rusks:

  • 5 “the Manna” small barley rusks
  • 5 shrimp
  • 5 tablespoons of taramasalata
  • 1 garlic clove
  • Finely chopped parsley
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper



You can also substitute any other “the Manna” Tsatsaronaki rusk for this recipe.

Place the whole shrimps and boil them for about 2 minutes. Remove them from the saucepan, put them in iced water and clean them.

In a frying pan, pour in the olive oil and the garlic. Once the temperature has risen, fry the shrimp for less than 1 minute on each side.

Put about 1 tablespoon of taramosalata on each rusk, then add the shrimp, chopped parsley and freshly ground  pepper.

You can also substitute any other “the Manna” Tsatsaronakis rusk for this recipe.
