Beans, gaviera and small barley rusks with olive oil
for this recipe, we suggest
INGREDIENTS

For 2 servings:

  • 7-8 small rusks
  • 150 g braised beans
  • 100 g graviera cheese cut into cubes
  • 7-8 cherry tomatoes
  • 1 spring onion
  • 1/2 bunch of parsley

For the dressing:

  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons of orange balsamic cream
  • 1 tablespoon of honey
  • 1 tablespoon of white vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper
EXECUTION

Finely chop the spring onion and chop the cherry tomatoes into four pieces.

Cut the leaves off the parsley.

Put all the ingredients in a bowl, mix and place in a Tupperware container.

Place all the dressing ingredients in a jar and shake well.

Store everything in the refrigerator.

Take to the office, mix with the dressing and enjoy.
