Small wheat rusks with cream cheese, apricot marmalade and fresh fruit
- 3-4 “the Manna” small wheat rusks
- Cream cheese (1 tablespoon for each rusk)
- 3-4 cherries
- 1 kiwi fruit
- 5-6 mint leaves
Spread the cream cheese onto the rusks.
Add the apricot jam.
Cut the fruit into cubes and add to the top followed by the mint leaves.
Do not hesitate to improvise by trying any other “the Manna” Tsatsaronakis rusks for this recipe.
