- 4-5 “the Manna” small wheat rusks
- 2 boiled beetroot
- 1 green apple
- 4 tablespoons of yogurt
- 1 tablespoon of vinegar
- Smoked salmon
- Lemon zest
Cut the beetroot and the green apple into small cubes.
Put them in a bowl with the yogurt, vinegar, salt and pepper, and mix.
Place the mixture on the rusks.
Finally, add the lemon zest.
The recipe is ideal with any other “the Manna” Tsatsaronakis rusks you prefer.
