Milk with small barley rusks, oats and honey
for this recipe, we suggest
  • “the Manna” small barley rusks with olive oil
  • milk
  • oats
  • cinnamon
  • banana
  • walnuts
  • almonds

Heat the milk, oats and cinnamon in a pot for 2-3 minutes.

Place the mixture into a bowl and add the remaining ingredients.

Τhe rusks can be broken up until smaller pieces or eaten whole.
