Oregano rusks with cucumber, Florinis pepper and sardines
for this recipe, we suggest
INGREDIENTS
  • 7-10 “the Manna” small wheat rusks with oregano
  • 1 cucumber
  • 1 Florinis pepper
  • Sardines (1 sardine fillet per rusk)
  • Red wine vinegar
  • ½ lemon
  • Salt
  • Pepper
EXECUTION

Cut the cucumber into slices and marinate lightly with vinegar and salt.

Cut the pepper.

Place the cucumber, pepper and sardine on the oregano rusks.

Squeeze a little lemon juice over the top.

You can taste the recipe with any of “the Manna” Tsatsaronakis rusks you prefer most.
